Seven Mills Stuttgart
Stuttgart has its charms in which it offers great museums, nice gastronomy and wine of course. There are also some hidden treasures. In the district of Leinfelden, there is an area called Sieben Mühlental, the “Path of the Seven Mills”.
Formerly called Reichenbachtal, the current name refers to documents dating back to 1383 that mentions the seven mills and factories that were in the area. In 1930 an initiative of commercial opening in the Reichenbach valley was opened for tourism. At present, all the mills on the route are not working except for the Burros Mill.
If you happen to take the tour, you will be able to appreciate granary facilities, farms, wheat pastures and old sawmills that are still operating. Make sure to bring your work shoes!
